Market context
In Utah, Classroom Teaching Aide openings are commonly driven by school staffing needs in general and special education settings, where support roles help teachers manage instruction and student supervision. These positions can be competitive because districts often look for candidates with a high school diploma, clear English communication, and a willingness to complete a CDA program within one year. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save research time, then confirm the CDA timeline and ask how the aide schedule aligns with classroom needs.
