The Learning Experience – Ramsey is looking for a caring and energetic Toddler Teacher to support children during one of the most exciting stages of early development. Help young learners build confidence, communication skills, and independence through engaging daily activities, meaningful relationships, and hands-on learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities: Lead daily routines for toddler-aged children
Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences
Foster language, social-emotional, and cognitive development
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
Support children's independence through structured routines
Communicate regularly with families about children's progress
Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership
Follow all New Jersey childcare licensing requirements
Qualifications: High school diploma required
Previous childcare experience preferred
