The teacher will lead five daily physical education classes for pre-kindergarten students, incorporating themes and gross motor games. They are responsible for creating a fun, educational, and well-rounded fitness experience for young children.
La Mere Academy is seeking a high energy, upbeat, positive teacher/coach for our Pre-kindergarten program. You will be responsible for teaching 5 classes daily, playing off of the monthly theme and objectives for the over all program. We expect that health, fitness, sports and other fun gross motor games are taught and incorporated to provide a well rounded, fun and educational experience. A love for young children, fitness, fun and CPR and First Aid certifications are the minimum requirements for this position.
Candidates must have a passion for working with young children and fitness. CPR and First Aid certifications are required for this position.
