What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; or completed CDA in Infant/Toddler; or completion of at least 30 hours of college credit with at least 6 hours in ECE, Child Development, or a related field, and 1 year of previous experience working in a licensed child care facility Ability to successfully pass a state and federal background check Compliance with all state education and licensing standards
