Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic individual passionate about teaching for our after-school program. Sistema Utah is partnered with American Preparatory Academy to offer music and homework assistance classes for free to under-resourced students. Patterned after the El Sistema movement that originated in Venezuela, it is our hope to empower our students for social change. Duties/Responsibilities: Mentors assist elementary grades (2-6) students with most subjects in an after-school classroom setting. There are three periods daily, each 40 minutes in duration. You will receive training prior to starting this position.
