Substitute teachers are responsible for executing lesson plans left by head or assistant teachers and providing support in a classroom setting. They also perform additional duties such as recess and lunch coverage, material preparation, and completing daily observation forms.
Black Pine Circle School is currently hiring educators to work with children ages 5–13.
Substitute teachers will be required to execute lesson plans left by head teachers and/or assistant teachers in a supportive role. In addition, substitute teachers will be required to perform other duties as assigned, including but not limited to: recess and lunch coverage; other subject coverages; copying; and prepping materials. All substitute teachers will be asked to complete an observation form at the end of each day they are substituting.
