Under the direction of the Wraparound Supervisor or Clinical Program Manager, the Youth Partner is a key member of the High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) team. The Youth Partner uses their own lived experience as a former recipient of youth-serving systems (e.g., mental health, child welfare, probation, special education) to engage, empower, and advocate for youth currently receiving Wraparound services. The Youth Partner provides strength-based, youth-driven support to ensure the youth voice is central in all phases of the Wraparound process, including engagement, planning, implementation, and transition. This role promotes self-determination, resilience, and leadership development while supporting positive outcomes in permanency, safety, and well-being.
Candidates must have personal lived experience as a recipient of youth-serving systems and possess at least a high school diploma. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to pass a criminal records clearance are required.
