The Lead Preschool Teacher will manage a classroom, create engaging play-based learning environments, and collaborate with assistant teachers and school leadership. They are responsible for supporting the academic, social-emotional, and spiritual development of children while maintaining high-quality educational standards.

Applicants must have: A B.A. or B.S. in Education or a related field, AND A current or in-process Minnesota Teaching License and/or Master of Education degree A passion for early childhood education and creating engaging learning experiences for young children Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills The ability to work collaboratively with Assistant Teachers, families, school partners, and fellow Lead Teachers Experience teaching preschool or early elementary-aged children is preferred. LADC provides high-quality early childhood programming for children ages 6 weeks through 5-year-old Pre-K, partnering with churches and schools in ministry and education to provide rich learning and faith-formation experiences.
