Virtual Elementary Academic Mentor

Eligibility

• Open to residents of Florida About the Opportunity Provide consistent, high-dosage tutoring to elementary students in small groups. Deliver targeted support in foundational literacy and mathematics based on student needs and data. Use provided instructional materials and strategies to reinforce classroom learning. Build positive, supportive relationships that promote student engagement and confidence. Monitor and document student attendance, participation, and academic progress. Communicate student progress and concerns with teachers and school leadership. Participate in training and follow school procedures for student safety, confidentiality, and professionalism. About You High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred. Teaching degree or certification is not required. Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred. Experience in tutoring, mentoring, childcare, education, or a similar setting preferred. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Patient, dependable, and committed to supporting student success. Comfortable using technology and virtual learning platforms.
