The Associate Coach will assist in the planning and execution of track and field practices, conditioning, and meet preparation while providing individualized instruction to student-athletes. Additionally, the role involves active recruitment of qualified athletes and monitoring their academic progress and eligibility.
Colby Community College (CCC) invites applications for a full-time Associate coach – Track and Field to assist in the coaching, administration, and promotion of the men’s and women’s track and field programs.
The compensation package for this full-time, exempt position will be $39,000 per year.
The selected candidate will also be eligible to participate in the College's health, dental, and vision plan, as well as the State of Kansas KPERS retirement system.
