Setting: School-Based Services Pay: $20-$25/hour Exclusive school placement (no travel required) Dates: Sept 2026-June 2027 Hours: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm, M - F
Assist Classroom Teachers: Provide support to teachers by helping with instructional activities, managing classroom materials, and ensuring a positive learning environment for all students. Support Students' Learning Needs: Work closely with individual or small groups of students to reinforce lessons, assist with assignments, and provide accommodations for those with special educational needs. Promote Positive Behavior: Help monitor and guide student behavior in the classroom and during school activities, ensuring adherence to school policies and promoting a safe, respectful learning atmosphere.
Associate’s Degree Or at least 60 college credits Or you have passed the Paraprofessional Praxis Pro Exam Paras must have experience with toileting, aggressive behaviors and low functioning population
