Market context

California school nurse roles stay competitive

In California, school support staff roles that require a current RN license are often competitive because districts look for candidates who can combine clinical judgment with student-facing communication and compliance awareness. For this role, an MSN or BSN with teaching experience, plus adult instruction and Microsoft Office skills, can help you stand out.
