The assistant coach will support the head coach with daily on-field coaching, player skill development, and opponent scouting. Additionally, the role involves managing recruiting efforts, organizing campus visits, and assisting with program fundraising.
The candidate will help create a fully participating atmosphere aligning with the Athletic Department mission to recruit, retain and graduate athletes from all demographics. Albright is an NCAA Division III member institution as well as a member of the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC), and the Commonwealth Conference.
For this part-time position, assist head coach, with day-to-day operations of the program; coaching responsibilities; off campus and on campus recruiting; use of Front Rush; skill development of athletes; and all other duties as assigned by head coach.

Assist head coach with day to day on field coaching.

Recruit prospective student athletes on and off campus.
Evaluate player talent for recruits.

Organize recruiting communications and campus visits.

Assist with program fundraising.

Assist with planning and implantation of pre-season practices.

Assist with opponent scouting reports.

Other duties as assigned.
