Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Elementary Special Education Teacher to cover two separate LOA positions in the Orono, MN area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

• + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses Mentorship and ongoing support from school-based professionals What You'll Do Create an inclusive classroom setting for all learners Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or Related Field Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher license through PELSB (Tier 3 or 4) Previous experience working in the classroom setting is preferred About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
