Working alongside experienced Lead Teachers, you'll help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, build friendships, and develop new skills every day.

What You'll Do: Support Lead Teachers with daily classroom activities and routines
Engage children in play-based learning, sensory activities, music, art, and early learning experiences
Assist with meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, outdoor play, and transitions
Provide attentive supervision and positive guidance
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
Build positive relationships with children and families
Step into different classrooms when additional support is needed
Follow Michigan childcare licensing and safety requirements
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required
Previous experience in a daycare, preschool, or childcare environment preferred
CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus
Reliable, flexible, patient, and team-oriented
Strong communication skills
Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements
