Applicants must possess their 90HR Certification *The 90 HR School Age Certification is provided by various high schools and colleges in Maryland. The certificate consists of two 45 HR programs: School Age Development and School Age Methods and Materials. If you completed a child development program during high school, you may qualify for a 90HR certificate or a 45 hour certificate.

Applicants must be fingerprinted and pass a background check (Bar-T will provide this documentation and instructions on how to complete the process, upon hire)
Applicants must agree and adhere to all Bar-T drug testing policies, as outlined in the employee handbook (Bar-T will provide this documentation upon hire)

Participate in and promote Bar-T events and activities at your center.
Applicants must be at least 19 years old and possess a 90-hour School Age Certification. Additionally, candidates must be able to commute to the job site and pass a background check, fingerprinting, and drug testing.
