Description We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated candidates to join our team! In this role, you will teach swim lessons to children and/or adults, helping them develop water safety skills, improve technique, and build confidence in the water.
This position is perfect for high school and college students, teachers, or anyone seeking a rewarding role with a flexible schedule. We work with you to accommodate class schedules, sports, and other jobs.
45 to 7:00 pm, and weekends vary from 8:45 am to 1:45 pm depending on location.
Key Responsibilities Teach proper swimming technique in a safe, positive, and appropriate manner to various levels and age groups in accordance with the company's curriculum (We will train you!) Ability to demonstrate and explain skills, analyze and correct performance, minimize fear, and use appropriate teaching devices.
Excellent communication skills with your team, leaders, and patrons.
Assist with pool setup, cleanup, and adherence to facility guidelines.
Other duties as assigned.
