Sylvan Learning Center in Marlton, NJ is looking for a passionate and dedicated Spanish Teacher to inspire students and make language learning fun! This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of learners of all ages in a supportive, student-focused environment. Sylvan is open on Monday - Thursday from 4pm - 8pm and on Saturdays from 9am - 1pm.
Deliver engaging, personalized Spanish language instruction to students of varying skill levels Assess student progress and adapt lesson plans to meet individual learning needs Create a positive, encouraging classroom environment that motivates students to succeed Communicate student progress and updates to Center Director Develop and utilize creative teaching materials, activities, and resources Collaborate with Sylvan staff to align instruction with center goals and curriculum standards
Fluency in Spanish Prior teaching, tutoring, or instructional experience in Spanish a must Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with students of diverse ages and learning backgrounds Patient, enthusiastic, and student-centered teaching approach Bachelor's degree in Spanish, Education, or a related field preferred Teaching certification Why work with us: No papers to grade No PTA meetings Smaller Student group of maximum four (4) students Fun and supportive work environment
