Full-time

Mon-Fri 7am-3pm (40 hrs/week)

Key job duties: Teach and support life, social, and job skills development. Provide positive behavior guidance and supervision. Assist with classroom activities, training, and documentation. Help individuals build independence in a safe, caring environment. Ready to Apply?No experience with developmental disabilities? No problem! We prefer candidates with some background, but we're willing to train the right person who shows genuine interest and dedication.

What we need from you: High school diploma or equivalent required Physical stamina (you'll be active, not stuck in a chair) Able to pass drug screen and background checks (no felonies, no abuse, assault, or neglect convictions) Dependable- a consistent routine is important for our clients Willing to complete TB skin test and work physical upon hire Apply today and discover how rewarding it feels to make a real difference.
