The assistant coach supports the head coach in developing and implementing an exemplary athletic program for student-athletes. They are also responsible for assuming the head coach's duties in their absence to ensure seamless team operations.

The Assistant Coach’s primary responsibility is to assist/provide support to the Cross Country Head Coach with the development and implementation of an exemplary athletic program that will effectively provide the best possible education for each student-athlete. Assume the responsibilities of the Head Coach in their absence, ensuring seamless operation of team activities.
Knowledge & Experience in Cross Country Coaching Experience - preferred Knowledge and Understanding of Middle School Aged Students Ability to communicate in American Sign Language.
