The School Nurse Substitute provides emergency and non-emergency nursing care to students, faculty, and staff in the absence of the primary school nurse. They are responsible for monitoring chronic conditions and ensuring compliance with all health policies and privacy regulations.

The nurse substitute is responsible for providing health services, in absence of the School Nurse, to students, faculty, and staff.
This position is on-call and is assigned based on operational needs.
Candidates must hold current licensure and/or certifications.
The pay rate for this role is $25 per hour and the role is not eligible for benefits.
The School Nurse Substitute reports to the Director of Operations.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and be a Registered Nurse or Critical Care Paramedic with current CPR and AED certifications. A minimum of three years of experience as a practicing nurse or emergency services responder is required.
