About the role

The Service Coordinator empowers caregivers through the family coaching model to support child development and assesses needs to coordinate individualized service plans. They work across home, community, and online settings to ensure comprehensive support for infants and toddlers.

As an Early Intervention Service Coordinator, you will collaborate with other professionals in the field of early childhood development to support families with strategies and resources for their infants and toddlers. You’ll guide caregivers through the process and celebrate with them the successes of our youngest consumers.

  • What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 12 credits in early intervention, early childhood education, child development, special education, family counseling, psychology, or related social sciences
  • Minimum 1 year working with or supporting children, families, or individuals with disabilities; experience in Early Intervention strong preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and a willingness to drive throughout Central Bucks County
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without accommodation
