Your Role

Advance the physical and intellectual development of the children by providing care and early education.

Maintain a safe, sanitary and healthy learning environment by following licensing, sanitation, CACFP, accreditation and center guidelines.

Maintain a commitment to the profession of early care and education by continuing education through training or certifications.

Support the social and emotional development and provide positive guidance of the children and families served in the program.

Communicate professionally with parents/guardians, other staff and administration to establish a good rapport and a positive, productive working relationship.

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or CDA. CDA must be earned within the first year of employment if not held at hire.

Basic knowledge of child development, licensing regulations, accreditation, CACFP and sanitation criteria.
