1. Undergraduate student at Ferris State University 2. Must have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.50 or higher at the time of application and should be maintained throughout employment 3. Must have at least Sophomore status at the time of application 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills which includes oral, electronic, and traditional documentation 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment 6. Have a strong understanding of, or identifies as, a first-generation college student 7. Basic functional understanding of the Navigate360 student success software platform as well as Microsoft Office suite 8. Schedule-able hours are weekdays (M-F) from 11:00am and 3:00pm with some evening and weekend hours possible
You will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement prior to being employed.
It is required that Human Resources obtain and review a background report to due to the sensitive nature of your position. You will be asked to complete an authorization form for obtaining a background report.
