The Lead Teacher is responsible for developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum while planning engaging activities to support cognitive, social, and emotional development. They must also ensure the safety and well-being of children while monitoring and documenting individual student progress.

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: High School Diploma or equivalent, required AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field, strongly preferred NC Early Childhood Credential or equivalent, required Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.

The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.

Requirements

Candidates are required to have a High School Diploma or equivalent and an NC Early Childhood Credential. An Associate or Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is strongly preferred.
