The Sports Instructor develops and implements lesson plans for youth sports programs while ensuring a safe and fun environment. They are responsible for equipment management, participant evaluation, and mentoring young athletes.

Ability: Ability to teach sports skills and fundamentals to young athletes in a safe manner, emphasizing sportsmanship at all times. Desire and ability to work with children. Possess the ability to lead others in group and individual activities, demonstrating necessary steps and skills. The position requires effective communication with staff and program participants as well as the ability to respond effectively and quickly in varying situations. Ability to be professional, respectful, accountable, innovative, to follow safety procedures, and be equitable to both internal and external customers.
