Plan and lead engaging pickleball lessons and clinics for youth participants of varying skill levels Teach fundamental pickleball techniques including serving, dinking, volleying, and court positioning Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for all young athletes Monitor player progress and adjust coaching methods to meet individual developmental needs Organize and supervise drills, scrimmages, and skill-building activities Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player development and program updates Ensure all equipment and court areas are safe and properly maintained
