About the role

The Infant Teacher is responsible for providing loving care, including feeding and diapering, while creating age-appropriate activities for infants. They must also maintain a clean, safe classroom environment and track developmental milestones for families.

At Building Blocks Learning Center, we create a safe, loving, and playful environment where even our youngest learners (as early as 6 weeks!) can grow, explore, and thrive.

What You’ll Do

Create fun, age-appropriate activities for infants Provide loving care (feeding, diapering, naps, snuggles!) Keep a clean, safe, and engaging classroom Track milestones and share daily updates with families Work as part of a positive, supportive team

What We’re Looking For

Experience with infants (preferred) Knowledge of early childhood development CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain) Patient, caring, and dependable personality Strong communication with families and team
