About the role

The assistant coach will support the head coach in managing daily football operations and developing team strategies. They are responsible for mentoring student-athletes to foster their growth and success both on and off the field.

The HINATH

AFS-Assistant Coach, Boys Football, Exempt position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of the Hinkley High School football program. As an assistant coach, you will work closely with the Head Coach, supporting the day-to-day operations and overall development of the team. This role is integral to the growth and achievement of our student-athletes, providing them with the necessary skills and mentorship to excel on and off the field.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree preferred, and previous experience as a football coach or player. Applicants are also required to possess strong knowledge of football rules and techniques, along with valid certification in First Aid and CPR.
