The School Social Worker will provide individual and group counseling while conducting behavioral assessments to support student IEPs and 504 plans. They will also act as a liaison between the school, home, and community to ensure students receive necessary resources and crisis support.

Frequent engagement in tasks such as reaching, handling, standing, walking, and lifting items up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodations.
