We are seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative 4th Grade Teacher to join our elementary faculty. The teacher is responsible for creating an engaging, academically rigorous, and faith-filled classroom environment that supports the intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual development of each student. The ideal candidate is a caring and skilled educator who values collaboration, builds strong relationships with students and families, and is committed to helping students grow as both scholars and people of character. The 4th Grade Teacher works closely with grade-level partners, instructional aides, Resource Teachers, and school leadership to differentiate instruction and support the success of all learners. Support Saint Matthew Catholic School’s mission, philosophy, and SLE’s Prepare, deliver, and assess (engaging and interactive) lessons/units based on Archdiocesan Curriculum Guidelines Document student learning and report (communicate) regularly to administration and parents Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, students, and parents Supervise students inside and outside of the classroom, maintaining good rapport with students and effective classroom management.
