Position Details

We are currently looking for a freelance Russian Teacher for one of our clients in Portland, United States. Reference ID: 1123210 Course Type: General Format: one-to-one Total Hours: 23 Session length: two-hours Location: Trainer's office in Portland 97062, Student Level: Beginner Student Age Group: E: 45-55 Student's Schedule: once per week, (Mondays anytime between 10am-3pm on 10am-3pm) Student's Preferred Start Date: 2026-09-01 Student's Motivation: A lot of my favorite authors are not native English speakers, because of that, the works I\'ve read are translations. Most of these works would also be considered poetic/poetry so the intended flow by the author will obviously be one of the things lost in translation. Two of my all time favorite authors are Russians. The motivating factor for me would be to read their works as intended, in their native language. 🎯 Ideal Candidate Be a native Russian speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter Have a valid work permit/visa Live within 20 miles of the specified location 💼 Conditions Schedule and location may be flexible based on availability Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications Freelance position, with part-time hours We are not able to sponsor visas 📩 How to Apply If you meet the above requirements and are interested in joining our growing team, please submit: Your CV (with references, if available) Your availability Your earliest possible start date Please apply only if you meet the stated conditions.
