Super Soccer Stars is searching for enthusiastic candidates to be a Soccer Coache for our team! With over 22 years of experience in youth soccer training, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality coaching and fostering a positive environment for kids to develop their skills. The Role: As a Soccer Coach for Super Soccer Stars, you will lead engaging training sessions that focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. Our coaching philosophy emphasizes individual attention, a non-competitive atmosphere, and positive reinforcement to encourage children to reach their full potential.
Experience in coaching or teaching soccer and a passion for working with children. Ability to deliver fun, dynamic, and educational activities that promote skill development. Strong communication skills for interacting with players, parents, and team members. Willingness to adapt to different age groups and skill levels. Prior experience in coaching, teaching, or working with children, preferably in sports. Strong understanding of soccer fundamentals and training techniques. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire young players. Must be reliable, punctual, and dedicated to the growth of each child. Availability to work weekends is necessary. Ability to transport yourself to various locations for training sessions. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
