Hello, Board Certified Behavior Analysts! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a part-time BCBA within Hamilton County Schools in Chattanooga, TN. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in student success by conducting behavioral and skills assessments, developing individualized behavior intervention plans, supporting and training behavior staff, monitoring student progress through data-driven practices, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to promote meaningful growth, consistency, and positive outcomes while ensuring high-quality, ethical behavioral support services.
