The GSRP Teacher is responsible for planning, assessing, and instructing 4-year-old children in accordance with state-funded program requirements. They must collaborate with the classroom team to implement curriculum, conduct observations, and maintain compliance with licensing standards.

The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is Michigan's state-funded, nationally recognized, Pre-K program for 4-year-old children. The GSRP Teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing 4-year old's, based on needs of each child, and the requirements of the GSRP grant.

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, or valid teaching certificate with ZA/ZS endorsement
Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
