We're open to professionals from a variety of disciplines, including

💙 Occupational Therapy (OT) 💙 Physical Therapy (PT) 💙 Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) — CFY candidates welcome! 💙 Early Childhood Education / Special Education

We're less interested in putting you in a box and more interested in finding the right people to join our team.

About ess

Our Early Supports & Services team provides early intervention to children birth to age three and their families.

You'll work directly with families in their homes and communities, helping children build skills, confidence, and connections during some of the most important years of development.

This isn't traditional clinical work in a traditional setting.

You'll meet families where they are. You'll collaborate with caregivers as partners. You'll celebrate small victories that mean everything to a family. And you'll be part of a team that learns from one another every day.

What you'll do

Depending on your discipline and experience, you'll have the opportunity to

  • Provide developmentally appropriate early intervention services in family homes and community settings.
  • Partner with caregivers to identify strengths, priorities, and goals.
  • Support children's communication, movement, learning, social-emotional development, and daily living skills.
  • Complete developmental assessments and evaluations within your scope of practice.
  • Collaborate with other members of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Help families connect with community resources and additional supports.
  • Document services and maintain required records.
  • Participate in team meetings, consultation, training, and professional development.
  • Empower caregivers to confidently support their child's development between visits.

Our culture matters

At Waypoint, how we work together matters just as much as what we accomplish.

We want you to bring your whole, authentic self to work. We value curiosity, flexibility, collaboration, and the courage to try new approaches.

We believe in

Being Brave & Open-Minded — Ask questions, share ideas, and be willing to think differently.

Assuming Best Intentions & Owning Our Missteps — We're human. We learn, grow, and support each other along the way.

Being Flexible & Accountable — Families are unique, and so are their needs. We adapt while following through on our commitments.

Communicating with Honesty & Empathy — We listen, collaborate, and make space for different perspectives.

Pursuing Growth & Learning — We invest in our people and believe there's always something new to discover.

Contributing to a Caring Community — We want our employees and the families we serve to feel safe, respected, valued, and included.

  • Why you'll love working here

  • SLP CFY candidates are welcome to apply
  • Flexible scheduling and a strong work-life balance
  • Meaningful, relationship-based work with children and families

  • Generous PTO plus 10 paid holidays
  • Retirement plan with company match
  • Educational assistance and professional development opportunities

  • A workplace where your ideas, experience, and perspective matter

Come grow with us

Whether you're an experienced clinician, an early-career professional, an SLP completing your Clinical Fellowship Year, or an early childhood educator, there's a place for you on our team.

You don't have to have every answer.

You just have to bring your expertise, your curiosity, and your passion for helping children and families thrive.

We're hiring two full-time team members—and we'd love to meet you.
