Preschool Teacher – Morning Program Position Overview We are looking for a warm, dependable, and enthusiastic Part-Time Preschool Teacher to join our preschool team. This position works with 3-year-old children in an academic-focused preschool program during morning hours. This is a Monday through Friday position, from 8:15 AM to 12:15 PM. The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children, is passionate about early childhood education, and can create a positive, engaging classroom environment while supporting children's academic and social development.
Follow and effectively implement provided lesson plans and curriculum. Provide engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for 3-year-old children. Support children's social, emotional, and academic development. Maintain a safe, organized, and positive classroom environment. Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff in a school setting. Communicate professionally and effectively with families, teachers, and school leadership. Observe children's needs and provide appropriate support and guidance. Follow all school policies, procedures, and licensing requirements.
Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well as part of a teaching team. Dependable, organized, and professional. Comfortable following a structured curriculum and lesson plan. A genuine passion for helping young children learn and grow.
