About the Role
- Hello Special Education Teachers! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Special Education Teachers to support students in Greeley, CO. In this role, you'll provide individualized instruction, develop IEPs, and foster inclusive learning environments where students can thrive. You'll collaborate with dedicated educators and receive ongoing support from a therapist-owned company that understands the unique needs of school-based professionals. - + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure and professional development + referral bonuses What You'll Do Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs Provide specialized instruction across academic subjects Manage classroom behavior and create a structured, supportive environment Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly Write progress reports and maintain compliant documentation Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies for diverse learning needs Incorporate technology and resources to enhance learning What We're Looking For Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) teaching license with Special Education endorsement Fingerprinting through CBI/CDE requirements Strong classroom management and collaboration skills School-based experience preferred, not required About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a therapist-owned and operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
