Market context

Maryland school OT roles stay competitive

School-based Occupational Therapist roles in Maryland are often driven by district staffing needs and student support services, so openings can move quickly when licensure and school experience align. This category is competitive because employers look for a master’s or doctorate in Occupational Therapy, Maryland licensure or eligibility, and strong communication and organization for student-centered care. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your licensure status and tailor your application to school-based experience.
