Responsibilities include: Provide one-on-one or classroom-based student support Assist students with classroom activities, routines, and transitions Encourage positive behavior and student engagement Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student success Help maintain a structured and supportive learning environment Support implementation of educational and behavioral strategies Promote student independence, participation, and confidence What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent required Reliable, compassionate, patient, and team-oriented individuals Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience working with children or in a support role preferred Ability to complete required background clearances (support provided) Current clearances: Fingerprinting through DOE, PA Criminal, and Child Abuse, as well as a TB test.
