The Program Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to ensure effective service delivery and contract compliance. They act as a liaison between youth and community resources while monitoring and documenting participant progress.

Summary of the Position

The Program Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Delaware County Program and Program Director to ensure the effective delivery of services. This role requires a strong understanding of program operations, including contract compliance, service delivery, participant intake and referrals, and case management services. The Program Coordinator serves as a key resource for maintaining program quality, supporting participants and families, and ensuring compliance with organizational and contractual requirements.

Maintain collaborative relationships with local law enforcement agencies, schools, community partners, youth, and families.

Serve as a liaison between youth and community resources to support successful outcomes.

Monitor and document participants' behavioral, emotional, and overall progress.

Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports, progress notes, and case documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

Participate in internal and external meetings, case reviews, and community collaborations

Support program operations to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with program standards.

Availability: Flexible Schedule; may include evenings and weekends

Work up to 25 hours a week

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, School Counseling, or Youth Development preferred.
  • Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.
  • Experience working with at-risk youth and families in a community-based setting
  • Proficiency using computers, Microsoft Office 365; Knowledge of Electronic Health Record Systems (EHR) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage is required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) speaking is a plus.
