About the role

The teacher will provide personalized, one-on-one instruction across multiple subjects while adapting lessons to meet individual student needs. They are also responsible for mentoring students, supporting their social-emotional growth, and maintaining strong partnerships with families.

As a Multi-Subject Teacher, you’ll have the flexibility to shape your schedule, design creative lessons, and collaborate with passionate colleagues.

What You’ll Do: Teach in a truly personalized way — one student at a time.

Adapt lessons and assessments to meet each learner’s needs.

Mentor each student and support their social-emotional growth.

Build strong, consistent partnerships with parents and guardians.

Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to campus life or culture.

Keep student records accurate and organized.

Invest in your own growth through reflection, feedback, and ongoing professional development.

What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.

Ability and willingness to teach a wide range of courses (English, Math, History, Science, and more), following content standards — curriculum and resources provided.

Experience working with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.

Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.

Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.

Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

A growth mindset with the flexibility to pivot and problem-solve as needed.

Pay Range

Usd $26.00 - Usd $26.00 /Hr.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree is required, with teaching credentials or advanced degrees considered a plus. Candidates must have experience working with diverse student populations and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
