Are you an educator who enjoys helping students overcome learning challenges and celebrate their progress? Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a Washington school district to bring a skilled Elementary Special Education Teacher onto its team for the 2026–2027 school year.
This full-time opportunity is designed for a teacher who values individualized learning and collaborative support. You’ll provide specialized instruction across resource and inclusive settings, tailoring lessons and interventions to students’ academic, behavioral, and developmental needs.
Working alongside general education teachers, related service professionals, and families, you’ll help coordinate services, strengthen student engagement, and create learning experiences that encourage confidence, independence, and measurable growth.
The Special Education Teacher will provide individualized and small-group instruction aligned with IEP goals and state standards, while adapting curriculum, assignments, and assessments to meet diverse learning needs. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining compliant IEPs, monitoring student progress to guide instruction, communicating with families about growth, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support inclusive practices and positive behavior strategies.
Applicants should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Special Education or a related field and hold, or qualify for, a Washington State teaching certificate with the appropriate Special Education endorsement. Strong classroom leadership, instructional planning, communication, and collaboration skills are expected. Experience working in resource, inclusive, or self-contained settings is preferred.
