About the role

The teacher is responsible for delivering Samoan language instruction and managing classroom activities at Pesega Middle School. They will also implement effective remediation and response to intervention practices to support student learning.

Our purpose is to help students deepen their conversion to Jesus Christ and His restored gospel, to qualify for the blessings of the temple, to prepare for missionary and Church service, and to build the kingdom of God. Church Schools provide students with an opportunity to obtain knowledge and skills that will assist them in their future educational and career endeavours.

From the IT professional who develops an app that sends the gospel message worldwide, to the facilities manager who maintains our buildings— giving Church members places to worship, teach, learn, and receive sacred ordinances—our employees seek innovative ways to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the world.

A bachelor's degree in education or a related field is preferred, along with a teaching certificate. Candidates must possess strong Samoan language skills, maintain temple worthiness standards, and provide proof of legal right to work in Samoa.
