Encourage students' spiritual, social-emotional, and academic growth in a manner consistent with the school's values.

Confidentiality & Professional Boundaries Maintain strict confidentiality regarding student educational records, Educational Care Plans, disability-related information, and any other sensitive student information, in compliance with FERPA and school policy.

Discuss student information only with authorized staff and only as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.

Maintain clear, consistent, age-appropriate boundaries with students across a wide developmental range (grades 1–12).
