- What you will do as a
- Lead
- Instructor: Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions Communicate student progress with parents and guardians Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes

- Lead
- Instructor: Passion for math and working with students Excellent interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and be trained Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities Ability to talk to and communicate with parents on a day to day basis Consistent availability for all open Center hours daily.

- Sunday: 12:30PM - 4:00PM
- Monday-Thursday: 3:30PM - 7:30PM
- Fridays &
- Saturdays: Events as needed As part of our hiring process here at Mathnasium, all applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency.

Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
