Our Approach to Teaching Middle School Math At RMP, we don’t just teach math – we teach students to be lifelong, strategic problem solvers.
We focus on mathematical practice standards and give students opportunities to think critically, collaborate with peers, and justify their strategies.
Math teachers will create an engaging, supportive learning environment that promotes problem-solving, math discourse, conceptual understanding, and fluency with grade-level knowledge and skills described in the Common Core Math Standards.
Candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree and be eligible to work in the United States. Additionally, they must pass a background check and complete specific state-mandated training within the first year of employment.

Preferred Certifications Salary This is a full-time position with a salary range of $63,000 to $89,000, based on experience and qualifications.
