Duties: & Responsibilities:
Interact with clients, vendors, and visitors.
Answer incoming calls and provide assistance as needed.
Prepare responses to routine inquiries.
Perform general clerical duties such as copying, faxing, and filing.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for management.
Create and modify documents (reports, memos, letters) using Microsoft Office and THO system. 2.

Recordkeeping:
Assist with processing and reporting requirements utilizing various programs.
Ensure recordkeeping complies with state and federal regulations.
Maintain confidentiality regarding client, staff, and agency information. 3.
Event
Planning &
Special
Projects:
Assist in planning and executing special events and training programs.
Contribute to special projects that assist with the administration and operation of the program. 4.
Meetings &
Training:
Attend and participate in meetings, team meetings, workshops, and training conferences as assigned.
Participate in local, state, regional, and national groups as needed. 5.
Compliance &
Standards:
Comply with MCCAA Policies and Procedures, Head Start Performance Standards, and applicable Early Childhood Standards, including DHS Licensing Standards, CACFP, TN Department of Health, and NAEYC Accreditation Standards. 6.
Additional
Duties:
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
A combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered for the position.
Candidates must have at least a High School Diploma, with a certification or Associate degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational and communication skills are required.
