Join the Skill Sprouts ABA Team! 🌱 Skill Sprouts ABA is looking for caring, dependable Paraprofessional/ Behavioral health technician's who are passionate about helping children with autism and developmental disabilities learn, grow, and reach meaningful goals.
Whether you're an experienced Paraprofessional/ Behavioral health technician or have experience working with children, education, special education, or a related field, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
Follow individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
Teach communication, social, play, independence, and daily living skills.
Collect accurate data to track progress and celebrate milestones.
Build positive, trusting relationships with children and families.
Communicate regularly with your BCBA and clinical team.
Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA.
What We're Looking For Current RBT certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification if required.
Experience working with children, especially children with autism or developmental disabilities, is preferred.
Patient, compassionate, dependable, and positive.
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and accept feedback.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes and other service locations.
Ability to pass a background check.
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong plus!
