We are currently looking for a freelance Swahili Teacher for one of our clients in Washington, D.C, United States. Reference ID: 1132285 Course Type: General Format: one-to-one Total Hours: 10 Session length: two-hours Location: 20003, Washington Student Level: Student Age Group: F: 56-64 Student's Schedule: ( on ) Student's Preferred Start Date: 0000-00-00 Student's Motivation: My wife and I are traveling to Tanzania on 9/17/26, returning to the US on 10/18. We will be based Arusha and doing a combination of volunteer work in the surrounding Maasai villages, a Kilimanjaro Trek and a Safari. We will to acquire basic day-to-day skills in Swahili. 🎯 Ideal Candidate Be a native Swahili speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter Have a valid work permit/visa Live within 20 miles of the specified location 💼 Conditions Schedule and location may be flexible based on availability Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications Freelance position, with part-time hours We are not able to sponsor visas 📩 How to Apply If you meet the above requirements and are interested in joining our growing team, please submit: Your CV (with references, if available) Your availability Your earliest possible start date Please apply only if you meet the stated conditions.
